General 

Will you be restocking sold out sizes/styles?

I'll only be releasing limited numbers of each style as I want to play my part in reducing the amount of waste that happens in the fashion industry caused by brands ordering too much stock. That being said, I will only be restocking styles that are particularly popular. So restocks will be determined based on product demand.

Do you offer wide fit sizes too?

Not currently unfortunately but I will be incorporating wide fit options in our next release so stay tuned.

Will you be offering smaller sizes?

I will not be offering smaller sizes as the RAYO brand vision is to inspire women to be confidently their authentic selves by providing them with the styles they deserve in the sizes they need. This means my focus will be primarily on providing stylish footwear for ladies with larger feet because our options are very limited and we deserve cute shoes too.

What is your shipping policy?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes I do. I currently partner with DHL and ship to all of the countries they ship to.

What is your returns policy?

You can find the full returns policy here. Please note that the returns policy differs slightly for preorders and the 14 day window commences from when goods are dispatched.

Preorders 

Why do you run preorders?

As a start up brand, I've decided to run preorders because I want RAYO to be a fashion brand that plays its part in reducing the amount of waste that happens in the fashion industry caused by brands ordering too much stock. Preorders will allow me to ascertain how much interest there is in each of the styles I create before I go ahead and place a bulk order with my manufacturer.

If I preorder, when will my shoes be dispatched?

Anytime a style is available to preorder, the estimated dispatch window will be on the product page. Generally, I run preorders 1-3 months in advance of stock being dispatched. This is due to my manufacturer lead times and also factors in time for quality control. I always endeavor to keep all customers updated with what's happening with their orders throughout the waiting period.
